• Summer of 1996: Research assistant to Dr. Brian Oswald – Collected
  stand data on Upland Island Wilderness Area. Data collected was to
  determine effects of a wildfire on stand structure and regeneration.

ISA Certified Arborist, Urban Forester

• Served as Judge at the Texas Tree Climbers Championship (1998, 1999 and 2000)

• Scorekeeper at Tree Climbing Championships 2004, 2005 and 2006

Supervisor

• Supervised a crew of four in loading of foreign containers for correct merchandise and quantity.

Certified Inspector

• Quality control Inspector for the mill. Certified by the American Plywood Association. Conducted all activities pertaining to APA within the mill. Responsibilities included grading plywood for surface grade, construction grade and prepared samples for glue bond tests.
