No costs or fees will be incurred until or unless the scope of the work is outlined AND approved in advance. Note: we do have fees in certain cases for visiting properties (for example properties with sick trees where you are in need of our opinion.) In these cases, any charges will be explained at the time of setting the appointment. This charge is ONLY for any new client with sick trees and is only incurred one time per property.  A+ Rating.
