Grant Holley joined Arborilogical Services, Inc. in early 2023 as a fertilization technician with the goal of becoming a consulting arborist. He built his career around a lifelong appreciation for trees, plants, and the natural world. Grant's passion for arboriculture began in childhood, helping his mother plant flowers and climbing the pine trees in the parks of his hometown of Wichita Falls. That interest continued to grow through his involvement in his high school's gardening club and ultimately it became the foundation of his professional career. 

Initially, Grant's career began with Calloway's Nursery, where he spent five years developing extensive knowledge of ornamental plants, soils, and pest management. During his time there, he earned the designation of Texas Certified Nursery Professional and was promoted to Department Manager, overseeing pesticides and soil amendments while assisting customers with plant identification, pest diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. The mentorship he received during those years solidified his commitment to working in the green industry and continues to influence his approach today.

During Grant's first two and half years with Arborilogical Services as a fertilization technician, he gained valuable field experience caring for trees while working toward his arborist certification. Once Grant became a certified arborist in 2025, he joined our consulting arborist team. Grant has a genuine interest in helping our clients with their trees' maintenance, preservation, and healthcare needs. He also remains passionate about expanding his knowledge of arboriculture and learning about emerging research, new concepts, and innovative tree management practices.

Outside of work, he, his wife, and daughter enjoy spending time together exploring nature trails, camping, fishing, and appreciating the outdoors whenever possible. He believes his genuine love of nature, combined with sound horticultural and arboricultural practices, is the foundation of providing exceptional service to our clients and their trees.
